This year Hyundai went to the Consumer Electronics Show 2020 in Las Vegas not to talk about their car production, but their future as a mobility company. They unveiled many things that go beyond providing just reliable cars and utility vehicles to their customers, including their human-centered mobility vision that includes fully electric Personal Air Vehicles and the Uber Elevate partnership. The programs and projects focused on human-centered cities in the future. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for Hyundai and its new perspective. What is the Difference Between AWD and 4WD?
When shopping for a vehicle, the terms all-wheel drive (or AWD) and four-wheel drive (or 4WD) continuously pop up. Is there even a difference? Yes. If you want the clear distinction, take a seat and let us explain.

Over the past few years, Hyundai has made a very obvious and conscious effort to enhance the safety technology available in their vehicles. The industry as a whole, in conjunction with entities such as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Consumer Reports and even Congress, has strived toward not only improving these technologies and making their availability widespread, but actually requiring certain technologies to be standard. Over the past several years, technology concerning key fobs has grown tremendously. With the introduction of things like push-button start and proximity entry, the key fob is more powerful than ever. But it’s still an extra item we have to keep in our pockets or purse. Hyundai is looking to change that by introducing a new, completely digital key. Not only will you no longer have to carry a physical key, you won’t even need the physical key fob. Instead, the Digital Key technology will act the same way, telling the vehicle when you get in proximity and allowing you to push-button start. (more…)
