How Can I Donate Food this Holiday Season?

Food Banks and Pantries around Melbourne FL

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which also means Christmas and the rest of the holiday season is just a hop, skip and jump away. That realization may send you into stressed-out overdrive as you prepare meals, decorations, gifts and everything else that goes along with this part of the year. We would like you to keep in mind that there are many others out there who are stressed out about being able to put food on their table each day. This is a problem throughout the year; which it is highlighted even more during the holiday season. That’s why we have decided now is the perfect time to tell you about some of the wonderful organizations that fight hunger in our community. More specifically, we’re going to tell you about some of the food banks and pantries that thanklessly serve our beloved hometown of Melbourne, FL. So, as you prepare your Thanksgiving meals and other holiday treats, please remember those in our community that are less fortunate than yourself. These organizations not only need food, but our time. Please give what you can of either.
