What does Hyundai Clean Assurance include?

The Hyundai Assurance programs have been a huge hit as they’ve rolled out over the past couple of years. Most recently, Job Loss Assurance was introduced by Hyundai in response to the coronavirus outbreak across the globe. Now, COVID-19 has led the company to introduce another new member of the program lineup, Hyundai Clean Assurance, so we thought we’d highlight what this means for you – and us!

Dealership Guidelines & Protocols

For the most part, Clean Assurance introduces a new set of guidelines and protocols for us to follow here at the dealership, making your experience visiting us physically in the showroom much cleanlier and safer. In addition to following state, county and city guidelines, dealerships like us here at Coastal Hyundai will be following new protocols handed down via Hyundai Clean Assurance. They include expanded cleaning protocols via disinfectant and sanitization processes, social distancing measures throughout the showroom and service facilities, as well as training for us here at the dealership so that we can learn best practices in a wide variety of areas, such as the two aforementioned processes and more.

In addition, Clean Assurance ensures the continued offering of digital and remote shopping experiences. Online retail sales will continue to be available right here on our website, and many Hyundai dealerships will continue to offer home delivery and service pick-up/drop-off for Hyundai owners.
