Researching the differences between vehicles can be a time-consuming task. Here at Coastal Hyundai, we did some of that research for you. We have compared two popular SUVs and listed some of the biggest differences we could find in an easy to read table. The features that will be covered include the transmission, horsepower, cargo space, and the seating capacity between these two vehicles. Here, check out the differences between the upcoming new 2020 Hyundai Palisade versus one of its competitors, the 2019 Honda Pilot.

The information pulled on these two SUVs were gathered from their standard trims. That would be the SE trim for the Hyundai Palisade and the LX trim for the Honda Pilot. First, the 2020 Hyundai Palisade takes the advantage for the transmission. The Palisade has an 8-speed automatic transmission instead of only a 6-speed automatic transmission. The transmission on the Hyundai Palisade also includes the auto-manual feature that the Honda Pilot does not provide. The horsepower of the Hyundai Palisade is stronger than that of the Honda Pilot. The Palisade runs at 291 horsepower while the Pilot runs at only 280 horsepower.
The Palisade also has the advantage when it comes to space in the vehicle. The cargo space of the Hyundai Palisade is 86.4 cubic feet while the competing Honda Pilot is at 83.9 cubic feet. Both vehicles can fit up to 8 people for the ride. The 2020 Hyundai Palisade gives plenty of space for the whole family for a more enjoyable ride.
